All orders are processed within:

  • 24–48 hours on business days (Mon–Sat)

  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays begin processing the next working day

During high-demand drops or collection launches, processing may take slightly longer.


2. Shipping Timeline (India)

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 working days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 3–7 working days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 working days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability, weather, festivals, or unexpected delays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on Pan India.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking link

  • Courier details

  • Live updates on your shipment status

You can also track your order anytime from the “Track Order” section on our website (if enabled).


5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate.

MODAEST is not responsible for:

  • Non-delivery due to incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Courier delays caused by external factors

If the order returns to us, re-shipping charges will apply.


6. Packaging Quality

Every MODAEST piece is packed in premium, tamper-proof packaging.
If you receive a package that looks:

  • Opened

  • Damaged

  • Tampered

Please record a complete unboxing video and contact us immediately.


7. International Shipping

We don't ship International as of now.


8. Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery timelines may extend due to:

  • Festivals & holidays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Courier network issues

  • Remote pincode access

  • Government restrictions

9. Return Shipping

For return/exchange requests, our Return & Exchange Policy applies:

  • Reverse pickup is available for most regions

  • In some cases, self-ship may be required
