7-Day Easy Return / Exchange
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery for any of the following reasons:
• Size issue
• Wrong product received
• Damaged or defective item
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Refunds
✔ Full refund to original payment method is available for eligible returns.
✔ Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after quality check.
(COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.)
Exchanges
Prefer a different size?
We offer free size exchange (subject to availability).
If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose:
• A refund, or
• Store credit (your choice)
Reverse Pickup
We offer reverse pickup for most pincodes.
If unavailable, our support team will guide you through easy self-shipping.
Unboxing Video (Only for Damage Claims)
An unboxing video is required only in case of damaged or wrong product delivery, to help us resolve your issue quickly.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
